Jim Parker

President

As Owner and President of Parker Plastics, Jim Parker has led the organic growth of Parker Plastics from a startup in 1989 to a company of national reach with four manufacturing plants and over 330+ employees. Jim’s “customer first” and continual improvement philosophies have led to the consistent delivery of best in class performance and numerous valued long-term customer relationships. Jim fully appreciates that the continued success of Parker Plastics is the direct result of its loyal, talented work force. Many of whom have been with the company more than 20 years. With an MBA from University of Chicago, Jim combines his entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical skills to drive growth. Jim is a firm believer that ongoing investment in new product development, team building, efficiency enhancement and safety initiatives are the keys to sustained success.

Brad Hayes

Chief Financial Officer

Brad Hayes is the CFO of Parker Plastics, Inc. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s financial and accounting needs in support of our operational and strategic goals. He also oversees human resources, legal and compliance activities and is part of the executive team leading strategic initiatives for the company. Brad believes in utilizing modern financial tools through continuous improvement to enhance and drive value for key stakeholders, including our customers, employees, suppliers, creditors, and shareholders. Brad has over 23 years of experience working with companies across numerous industries as an advisor, investor and board member. Prior to this position, Brad was a Senior Vice President with Golub Capital, where he was responsible for executing and monitoring investments for the firm. Prior to Golub, Brad advised companies and investors as a Senior Vice President with Mesirow Financial Consulting. He started his career with KPMG’s audit practice and later worked as a Manager with the firm’s transaction services (mergers & acquisitions) advisory group. Brad earned his BS degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Brad is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).

Matt O’Neill

Chief Operating Officer

Matt O’Neill leads cross-functional teams in operational and strategy initiatives, growth opportunities, and profitability enhancement projects as COO at Parker Plastics. In this role, Matt also oversees partnerships, acquisitions, procurement, supply chain, and technology for the company. He works closely with the sales and manufacturing teams on key projects and new product and market development. Matt’s broad experience allows him to understand the various challenges that Parker Plastics, its customers, and suppliers face so that he can work on creative solutions that drive growth for all parties. Matt understands that strong customer and supplier relationships, employee teamwork and collaboration, and continual improvement initiatives are key to the continued success of Parker Plastics. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jim Brown

VP of Operational Excellence

Jim Brown is the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Parker Plastics. In this Role, “JB” manages and oversees the new equipment installations, major technical projects, corporate wide quality, and the SQF program. He has a longstanding career with Parker Plastics, previously opening and serving as the Plant Manager for our Hagerstown, Maryland facility. Jim has over 40 years’ experience in the rigid and flexible packaging industry specializing in the food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, household chemical, industrial, personal care, ag chem, auto and health and beauty markets. Over the years he has also assisted with the engineering and development of new packaging that have proven to be very difficult projects within the industry, but with his “Can Do Attitude” has moved these projects forward to the market with great success. Jim has worked with some of the largest machine manufacturers and bottle producers worldwide and over the past 40 years has been trained by the best of the best in this industry.

Plant Management

Tim Carrigg

Oklahoma

Tim Carrigg is the Plant Manager for the manufacturing facility located in Sand Springs, OK. He is responsible for all the operations within the plant. Tim leads our manufacturing employees to create a team to provide our customers with good quality products in an SQF inspected plant. Tim has over 20 years experience in the plastics industry. He gained firsthand knowledge as a Production Manager prior to assuming complete business responsibility for the Oklahoma plant. Before joining Parker Plastics, Tim gained experience in the commercial construction industry. He worked with Meisner Electric, based in Newton Iowa. Tim has in-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment and plant systems. He ensures Parker Plastics maintains the highest levels of industry practices and equipment standards. He attends the large equipment trade shows to keep up with the latest equipment in the industry. Tim has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Ohio State University.

Mike Genevro

Maryland

Mike Genevro is the Plant Manager for the manufacturing facility located in Hagerstown, Maryland. Directly responsible day to day operations of the entire manufacturing facility to include safety, quality, staffing, efficiencies and meeting customer expectations. This includes strategic plans that ensure that production goals are met in the most cost effective manner delivering expected financial results.

Michael has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, problem solving, team building, project management, professional development, strategic implementation and company collaboration. He is a retired US Navy Commander veteran of 24 years serving as an Aviation Maintenance Officer. He knows and understand the importance of leadership along how crucial it is developing people at Parker Plastics for future leadership positions. He has (3) core values that are of most importance when developing people which are trust, respect and listen.

Michael earned an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from California University of Pennsylvania.

John Garland

Wisconsin

John Garland is the Plant Manager for Parker Plastics at our Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin plant. John has been with Parker for 20 years. He moved from the Wisconsin plant to startup and run the new Las Vegas plant back in 2015 and moved back to take over and run the Wisconsin plant in 2023. John leads, directs, and manages our Wisconsin team with the primary focus of providing our customers with exceptional customer service and product quality. John has over 40 years experience in the plastic bottle industry, including responsibilities in equipment process, repair and maintenance, machining, engineering, quality control, SPC and process improvement. John belongs to the Virginia State Association of NIULPE, where he received his Third-Class Engineer License. He also studied Ammonia Refrigeration Systems at University of Wisconsin.

Tim Guy

Nevada

Tim Guy is the Plant Manager for Parker Plastics in North Las Vegas, NV. In this role, Tim oversees the manufacturing facility and all daily operations. Tim has over 25 years of experience in the plastics industry, starting as a bottle packer and moving up to be a material handler and then machine technician before becoming a process technician. Tim joined Parker Plastics in 2015 as Process Engineer and was quickly promoted to Maintenance Manager before being promoted to Plant Manager of the Nevada plant. Tim believes in leading by example, managing others the way he would want to be managed and having good communication, not only between employees in each department, but also between management and employees. Tim strives to foster an environment where people enjoy coming to work and where employees have ample growth opportunities. His goal is to always provide Parker Plastics’ customers with the highest quality bottles and best customer service experience to keep them coming back.

Jason DiNardo is the Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager who directs new business development and ongoing customer support in the eastern region of the United States and all of Canada. Jason is a highly engaged sales professional that values the importance of customer relationships. He believes that trust and satisfaction are the cornerstones for continued growth of his business. Jason enjoys sharing his knowledge of the rigid packaging industry and understands that providing an exceptional customer experience is a critical aspect of our value proposition. Jason has a BA in Business Administration from Washington and Jefferson College. Jason has over 28 years of experience in the custom molding industry, serving both the consumer goods and rigid packaging markets. Over his career, Jason has engaged with many Fortune 500 companies and has successfully commercialized numerous custom projects for the juvenile, lawn and garden, holiday/seasonal food, beverage, household chemical, industrial, personal care, pet, automotive and health and beauty market segments.

Estella Medina

West Coast Sales Manager

Estella Medina is the Western Region Account Manager focused on our North Las Vegas manufacturing facility. She is responsible for sales in CA, OR, WA, UT, ID, NV, AZ and NM.  Estella specializes in the food and beverage industry, promoting our products and capabilities to key customers. She is charged with providing leadership in various channels, including direct territory customers as well as distributors. Estella is a bi-lingual sales professional with over 16 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with solid experience in plastic and metal packaging for the food, beverage, cosmetics, health and pharmaceutical markets.  Utilizing her language skills, Estella has built a business development program with the US Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration and the US Commercial service to export food packaging products to Mexico, Central and South America. Estella Medina is an enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and skill set to provide customer and industry wide solutions. She strives to build solid customer relations through personal and professional accountability.

Scott Kuehn

National HOD Water Sales Manager

Scott D. Kuehn is our National Sales Manager responsible for the Large Format Bottled Water Segment. Scott coordinates the sales and service function for the full line of our Bottled Water products. With 29 years of direct beverage packaging experience, Scott enjoys providing superior grade BPA free PET bottles to the bottled water industry. With a focus on continuous product design improvement and innovative and evolving branding solutions, Scott was instrumental in reintroducing large format PET water packaging in the U.S. Scott is a mechanical engineering major from Milwaukee School of Engineering. He has sat on several industry related Board of Directors.

Cameron Coyle

Cameron Coyle brings B2B sales experience to the Parker Plastic family from the commercial printing, labels, and packaging segments. He has worked hand in hand with numerous fortune 500 companies to help streamline processes and create maximum workflow solutions for his customers. Cameron has a BS in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and 10+ years in the packaging arena specializing in custom solutions. He brings a solid foundation in customer service making sure new and existing clients are treated like family. Cameron is committed to growing the central region by establishing meaningful relationships with customers and providing out of the box solutions to help his clients grow their bottom line.

Jack McNally

Business Development Manager

Jack McNally is the Business Development Manager for the Mid-West region spanning Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee. With over a decade of experience in the packaging industry, Jack is well versed in the technical aspects of bottles, closures, and lining materials. Jack’s primary focus is on helping you achieve the perfect packaging for your products. In previous roles in the industry, Jack has gained experience as a sales manager and as an account representative. He has extensive experience building strong relationships with his customers. Jack has serviced customer in a variety of industries including Health & Beauty, Personal Care, Home Care, Agrochemical, Industrial Chemical and Automotive through distribution and direct with brands. Jack understands that your success depends on reliable and effective packaging paired with outstanding customer service, and he’s committed to making that happen. Within the industry, Jack serves on the Board of Directors for PDM Organization (Packaging Distributors and Manufacturers) and served a previous stint on the Industry Advisory Council of NACD. In his free time, Jack likes to play golf, pickleball, and bridge; and he is a proud University of Michigan alumnus.
